Anyone think about this?

Plan is to not renew Bubba, he is obviously going to be on a competing station on 01/01/15 and is going to be taking a good share of the AM drive ear holes.

But, we can put a carrot in front of Shannon and lure him away from the show, give him a mid day spot and promise him a whole bunch of shit that will never happen. This will take some of Bubba's horsepower from him, and give us someone to fill some hours in the schedule until we can figure out how to fill them.
Once we figure out what to do with mid day, we can shitcan him, Bubba will spit in is face and all is good.
