@DrewGarabo follows me but that's from the Tuddle days and it was under my ownership for a while so it's only fair.

If it wasn't for me, some hater might've grabbed it. It wasn't the most forward thinking of decisions to change his handle to @Drew97X now was it?

I still think Twitter should allow you to park old names or make them unavailable if you change your handle. Within reason of course. Maybe set a minimum requirement of how long you had to have used a name to avoid issues of people just grabbing a bunch of names to be dicks.

Of course you could always park them yourself by just setting up two accounts and doing a name swap like me and SJ did with @KingBubbaForums and @RawRadioTalk. But not everyone has the foresight to do that.
