Did you read the whole depo? If so, is there any chance Bubba wins based on what you've read? His only defense is that the guy HE BRIBED was a prescription pill addict and possible drug dealer over 10 years ago...

I did not read the whole depo.

Another defence has to do with the accuracy of Neilsen Audio's numbers.

I have not seen anything to indicate Bubbs has any chance to prevail.

It's a good read if you have the time. A good portion of it is the lengthy arrest record of the guy he bribed and you can breeze past that irrelevant b.s.

Good point. He very well may have been a badass in all those former depos, because for the most part he was in the right, this time however it's a totally different story. Can you say 1-4
