A person or group of people stole 500 IDs. They parlayed that into 500 EBT accounts. Then that person or group colluded with the vendors to max out said cards with cash and not food. To the tune of $30 Million in 2 years. That's bad fraud, not feeding people that are broke. If they could tell me they used the $30M for feeding the hungry or used the money for something worthwhile I'd say great. I doubt that happened.
