at the end of the day in grade 1 and 3 - we had green pen time - this one old battleaxe would come around and check all our work - if it was wrong she pulled out the red pen and we had to stay after school until it was checked green...

nowadays the parents would sue the teachers for keeping their kids too late after school

notice how I said grade 1 and 3? I had the same teacher for both grades - in grade 2 we had some straight out of college teacher - the ONLY thing i remember from grade 2 is playtime... not learning, no tests, nothing - just play time

sad that teacher ended up getting fired for refusing to stop reading the bible every morning - and get this - there was a teacher that kept passing a kid and it turned out he was completely illiterate in grade 6 - could not read a thing - and this stupid cunt just kept passing him - you know what happened to her? Fired you would think... nope - just transfered - not reprimanded or anything, just transfered somewhere they didn't know how bad a teacher she was...

schooling is a fucking joke - you might as well homeschool your kids so at least they have a slight chance
