He kind of mentioned the other day he was going to do some deal and a possible new studio location, but it was just like a passing statement.

This is the first I know he confirmed it.

Maybe it's partially for a TV gig down the road. Remote control cameras and such like Howard's studio.

Howard's mansion could definitely support some studio equipment post retirement. Which, if you ask me, is coming at the end of 2010.

But judging how long the construction is his apartment is taking, a studio wouldn't be done in time.

Yeah, I couldn't see Howard mortgaging his Hampton pad to build a studio!!

I doubt he'd even bother with guests. Everyone would probably just chat on ISDN. And it wouldn't be a regular occurrence.
