Not to mention that the court systems let this frivolous type of shit waste time and money in the courts. This should have been thrown out before it was even filed!!

Let you or me try to sue someone for name calling!!! Even if we had the cash to do it, they would never let this fly for us.

I hate how unfair it is if you have alot of money...in England if you sue and loose, you have to pay for the others legal bills. I am REALLY disappointed in me country sometimes.
