Different circumstances. I just believe they don't trust employees and constantly remind them of it daily.

Yeah, been in that boat before too. It's all fine and dandy to work from home when it benefits them, but when it helps out the employee some, they can't be trusted to do what they are supposed to do. in a lot of cases that is true, but it should be determined on an individual basis, not as a policy!
