Heh. No one should be surprised this talk comes around contract time.

Although Bubba's in a weird spot, too "redneck" or "southern" in some people's eyes, but way too abrasive and too political on the wrong side (in the potential listener's view) for the deep south. I think that's the reasoning behind not putting him on in Birmingham. Tulsa may be a bit too conservative as well.

I wonder what Ted would have to say about that.

I dunno, It don't get much more southern or redneck than right here in Fla!! I think the younger gens are not so much into the conservative BS as it used to be. Not fiscally conservative, but social conservative!!

Florida defies any rational categorization. It really is a fascinating place filled with all sorts of bizarre characters and Bubba's show would not be the same located anywhere else.
